What is a microniche, niche and market?

Why don't we use Google's wonderwheel to go from market to niches and microniches?

Because prior to today the aim has been to get you to grasp the concepts so the wonderwheel isn't necessary and today we have moved on to Market Samurai.

Can't help thinking I am being too simplistic?

Bride-to-be / Grooms Attire / Wedding Ties
Businessmen / Business Accessories / Briefcases
Local businesses / Corporate Gifts / Customised Ties

Those are actually pretty good. I use to fret over briefcases all the time when I was in the corporate world. Ties are a world unto themselves.:-). You are doing fine

How many levels should we drill down. Do we just go Market > Niche > Micro niche or do we go further to Market > Niche > Micro niche >Nano niche

Also, I sometimes hit a word instead of the key icon and the word becomes underlined. Am I creating filters when a word is underlined? Should I even worry???
